    We provide a one-on-one environment for clients with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues.

  • Couples

    We offer counseling for couples experiencing issues including communication problems, infidelity, parenting disagreements, and other relationship challenges.

  • Family

    We provide counseling services that are tailored to the unique needs of each family including communication issues, help with parenting adolescents, expressing boundaries, and more.

  • Telehealth

    Not everyone is able to travel to Brookings but still need services, which is why we offer telehealth appointments. You must be in the state of South Dakota to use telehealth services.

  • Free Consultation

    We offer a free 30-minute consultation to help you decide if we are the right fit for your needs. This can also help you get comfortable with a counselor prior to your first session. Couples and family appointments will start with a consultation.
